How the rotation works
When you ask for a referral, two separate things happen: we find the offers that match what you asked for, then we choose which member's referral you receive for the offer you picked.
1. Offers are matched to you, not to members
Offers are filtered by your country, reward type, guaranteed minimum reward, maximum spend and whether you're a new or existing customer. Results are ordered by the guaranteed reward to you, then by required spend. If you ask us to pick for you, we pick the best match on the same basis. Membership payments never affect which offers appear, their order, or which offer we pick.
2. Members share turns in proportion to their weight
For the offer you chose, every member with an approved, active referral is eligible. Referrals are handed out by a rotation: each member gets turns in proportion to their membership weight, and no luck is involved.
| Membership | Weight | Share per member in the example |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 7.14% |
| Paid | 3 | 21.43% |
Example: an offer has 8 free and 2 paid members, a total weight of 14. Over every 14 referrals, each free member receives 1 and each paid member receives 3. Shares change whenever members join, pause or leave an offer. Each offer page shows its current split.
Rules we apply
- One active referral per member, per offer. Duplicate links and codes are rejected.
- Paused, expired, unapproved or used-up referrals and suspended accounts are left out.
- A member returning from a pause rejoins the rotation where it currently is. They don't get a burst of turns.
- You keep the same referral for 30 minutes, so refreshing or asking again doesn't use up other members' turns.
- Availability is rechecked when you open a link. If it has gone, we tell you and offer another member's referral.
- Paid membership never makes an unsuitable offer appear, and never guarantees visitors, sign-ups or rewards.
Policy record
Current policy: version 1, in effect since 2 October 2026. Weights only change for future referrals, and every change is recorded with its date. Each allocation records the pool size, total weight and policy version used. It doesn't expose who else was in the pool.
